IAS (Indian Administrative Service) conducted by Union Public Service Commission for recruiting candidates for civil services like IPS, IAS, IFS, etc.  It ranks first in the list of the toughest exams in India. The exam is conducted in three levels: UPSC Prelims, UPSC mains, followed by interview or personality test.
